The primary aim of this one night class with Rich Talarico is to offer students a variety of tools for comedy writing in one 3-hour session. Students will learn the basics of joke writing, blackout writing, and comic devices. From there, you'll also gain insight into late night desk pieces and runners. Rich will also share firsthand experience from top writers' rooms of how to brainstorm together and pitch your ideas. Learn from one of the best in the industry responsible for ideas that have affected our cultural lexicon.
